Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
After your order is placed, production takes an estimated 2-7 business days. Shipping times range from 1-8 business days for domestic shipments, and up to 20 business days for international shipments, depending on the selected shipping method. Fulfillment and shipping times may vary.
How much is shipping and handling for my order?
Shipping and handling charges are calculated using the shipping costs assigned to products by our suppliers. We charge you different flat rates for products that ship together. The relevant flat rates are added together at checkout.
As an example, in most cases, the flat rate for shipping a t-shirt and crewneck to the US is $3.25. The flat rate for shipping a mug to the US is $2.70. The flat rate for shipping stickers to the US is $2.80. The cost to ship any quantity of t-shirts, crewnecks, mugs, and stickers to the US is $8.75 ($3.25 + $2.70 + $2.80).
What is the policy and process for returns?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return if the item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s). To start a return, you can contact us at swag@auvik.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Pricing
How are prices determined?
We don't want our prices to prevent you from rocking your favorite Auvik swag, which is why we tried our best to minimize them. We kept prices to a bear minimum and only made changes to reduce your shipping costs and prevent us from making a loss. Although it isn't a perfect science, we hope that everyone can get their bear on and join the celebration!

Ordering
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check its status on the Current Order Status page of your customer account. You will also receive an email from us with your order shipping and tracking information.
Can I make changes to my order?
There is a limited window to make changes to your order after it has been placed. You must request an order change before the supplier begins production—any changes requested after production begins will not be processed. Submit a request on the Contact page of the swag store, or email swag@auvik.com to determine if your order can be changed prior to production and shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be received before the supplier begins production. Any cancellations requested after production begins will not be processed. Submit a request on the Contact page of the swag store, or email swag@auvik.com to determine if your order can be cancelled.
International Orders
Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes for international shipments?
You are responsible for paying any duties and taxes due upon order delivery. Duties and taxes are not calculated or charged when you place your order and will be payable to customs when you receive your order.
